We made an offer on a new home and very quickly needed to get ours on the market. I had seen that Damon had recently sold a similar property in Adamstown and contacted him immediately. Within a couple of days he had reached out to his clients and we had arranged an open house for Thurs and Sat. We secured a buyer on the Monday and exchanged unconditionally on Wednesday.
